Sheryl Frysinger and Daniel Marshall of Cockeysville, Md. will be married in a ceremony set for Dec. 27 in Baltimore, Md. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Sharon and Rich Toms of Atco, N.J. She is a graduate of Bensalem High School in Bensalem and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and English from Bucknell University in 1999.

She is a second-year law student at the University of Baltimore School of Law and is employed with the Maryland Juvenile Justice Coalition, a child advocacy organization.

Her fianc’ is the son of Irene and Francis Marshall of North Mill Street, New Salem. He is a graduate of Uniontown Area High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1997 from Slippery Rock University and a master’s degree in forensic psychology in 2000 from John Jay College, N.Y.

He is also a second-year law student at the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is employed as staff psychologist for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services in Baltimore.
