Tour planned A Master Gardener Tour of trial gardens will be held Wednesday. The public viewing will be held in two locations: from 6 to 7 p.m. on routes 40 and 119 and California University of Pennsylvania from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The routes 40 and 119 location is at the intersection near McDonald’s Restaurant on Route 40. The tour will display perennial and marigold plantings.

The second tour at the university will be at the Industrial Arts Building on the campus. Select flower trials for 2002 will be displayed.

Master gardeners will be on hand at both sites to discuss growth and maintenance procedures.
