Richard M. Rigger, 72, of Uniontown, Pa., died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2002, at Uniontown Hospital. He was born July 27, 1930, in Connellsville, Pa., the son of the late Jess and Dorothy Rigger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Eugene Rigger.

Mr. Rigger formerly worked at the Woodview Foundry.

Richard is survived by his wife, Barbara A. (Gilbert) Rigger; a daughter, Amy Rigger of Uniontown; sons, Shawn Fuller of Smock, Pa., and Michael Colflesh of West Leisenring, Pa.; two stepsons, Stephen Gilbert of Lemont Furnace, and Brian Keith of Oklahoma; three grandchildren; a stepsister, Virginia Cunningham of Scottdale, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 139 West Fayette St., Uniontown, on Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at the convenience of the family.
