Uniontown city police said Carol Gibson of 121 S. Mount Vernon Ave. and another city woman were cited for retail theft for allegedly attempting to steal $36.33 in clothes from the Salvation Army Thrift Store on Sunday. Tuesday’s paper contained incorrect information about Gibson’s address.
