Dorothy J. Anderson
Dorothy J. Anderson, 83, of Charleroi, Pa., died Friday, August 16, 2002, in Kenric Manor, Donora, Pa. She was born September 13, 1918, in Fayette City, Pa., daughter of Harve C. Anderson and Martha Thompson Anderson.
Three brothers, Harve Anderson Jr., Wayne Anderson, and Clayton Anderson Sr., one sister, Virginia Anderson, and parents preceded her in death.
She was the last remaining member of her family.
She is survived by three sisters-in-law: Frances Anderson of Charleroi, Sophia Hubinion and Gwendolyn Anderson; nephews and nieces: Dr. Clayton Anderson Jr. and his wife Stephanie, Harve Anderson and his wife Susan, Mark Anderson, Robert Anderson and his wife Deborah, Lana and her husband Leonard Saksun, Patty and her husband, George Wilhelm, and Michael Anderson and his wife Deborah.
Friends will be received at the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Main Street, Fayette City, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday, August 20, until 1 p.m., the hour of Service with Rev. Francis Blair officiating.
Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.
