Lisa Stiner, the daughter of Paul and Mary Stiner of Mount Braddock, was named West Virginia Career Institute’s student of the month for July. She will graduate from the career institute in September and will receive an associate in specialized business degree in the Registered Medical Assisting Program.
A 1999 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School, she is working as an intern for Dr. Chalfant’s office, located at Nickman’s Plaza. After graduation, she plans to “continue working in the medical field at a local doctor’s office.”
