Robert Andler, 37, of Wilmington, North Carolina, and formerly of Low Hill, Centerville Borough, Washington County, Pa., died Monday, August 19, 2002, at 11:10 p.m. in the Emergency Room of New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, North Carolina, as a result of injuries received in a pedestrian accident. He was born October 1, 1965, in Sewickley, Pa., son of Frank Andler and Mary Ann Belski Andler of Low Hill.

He was a 1983 graduate of Beth-Center High School and a United States Air Force Veteran.

He was Catholic by faith.

Mr. Andler was employed as a Foreman for Stone Development Company in Wilmington.

He enjoyed golfing, camping, and NASCAR racing.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a sister, Mrs. Mike (Debbie) Altieri of Meadowlands, Pa.; a brother, Frank Andler Jr. and his wife, Theresa, of Canal Fulton, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Steven (Diane) Byers of Canonsburg, Pa.; and four nephews: Jason Andler, Joseph Andler, Matthew Altieri and Joshua Byers.

Friends will be received in the JOHN B. GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 2830 Main Street, Route 40, Beallsville, Pa., on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. where a Blessing Service will be held Saturday, August 24, at 10 a.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial follows at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael Archangel Church of St. Oliver Plunkett Parish, Fredericktown, Pa., with Rev. Fr. Edward S. Litavec as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Taylor Cemetery, Brownsville, Pa.

Parish Vigil will be held in the Funeral Home on Friday at 8:30 p.m.
