August 27, 2002 Blood drives set
The Fayette County Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold the following blood drives:
– Noon to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, in the Uniontown Mall’s Community Room.
– 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, at the First Christian Church in Brownsville.
– 1 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, in the Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Republic.
– Noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, in the Uniontown Firemen’s Hall.
– Noon to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, in St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Connellsville.
– Noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, at the Fairchance Fire Hall.
– Noon to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at the First Christian Church in Perryopolis.
– 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, in the Uniontown Area High School.
Dentists join clinic
Dr. Dipty Mahajan, D.M.D., and Dr. Ronald A. Sebastian, who are both dentists, have joined the staff at Centerville Clinics.
Mahajan, whose professional training includes completing the advanced standing program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, is seeing patients at the clinics’ offices in Connellsville and Republic.
Sebastian, whose dental practice includes all phases of general dentistry, is seeing patients at The Joseph A. Yablonski Memorial Clinic.
Physician joins staff
Dr. Louis A. Yancich, a family practice physician, joined the medical staff of Centerville Clinics and sees patients at its Uniontown Family Doctors and the newly opened Connellsville office.
