Ann Cecelia Bukowski
Ann Cecelia Bukowski, 83, of Monessen, Pa., formerly of Marianna, died Monday, December 2, 2002 at McLuckies Personal Care Home. She was born November 28, 1919 in Brownsville, the daughter of the late Stephen and Tillie Motichak.
She attended Brownsville Elementary School and was a 1937 graduate of Brownsville High School. She worked with Food Service at the Washington County Home and also as a secretary for Lincoln Electric in Ohio until her retirement in 1960.
She was a member of Sts. Mary & Ann Roman Catholic Church, St. Oliver Plunkett Parish of Marianna. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, going to Las Vegas, sewing and was a member of Vestaburg Senior Citizens Center.
On August 3, 1940 in Brownsville, she married John A. Bukowski who died December 14, 1981.
She is survived by three sons Ronald J. Bukowski of Monessen, Josh Bukowski of Clarksville, Jerry Bukowski of Washington; one daughter Marsha Ann Fazekas of Washington; seven grandchildren, Tim, Amy, Dana J., Evan and Erin Bukowski, Donald Fazekas Jr. and Jennifer Fazekas.
Deceased in addition to her husband are one son David J. Bukowski and one brother Joseph Motichak.
Friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. today in the NICHOL FUNERAL HOME, 1728 Main St., Marianna, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday with Rev. Paul Grunebach as Celebrant.
