Mary Elizabeth Martin Teitz, 69 of Bluffton SC, died Monday, Nov. 18, 2002. Born on March 29, 1934, in Uniontown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late James I. and Mary G. Martin.

Also preceded in death by a brother, David I. Martin; and a sister, Francis F. Bereiter.

Surviving are her husband, Richard J Tietz of Bluffton, S.C., son Richard J. of Moon Township, Pa, daughters Jennifer R. Cowles of Upper St. Clair, Shelly A Lucci of Cranberry Township, and Gretchen S. Greco of Suwanee, Ga.; sisters Kathryn Martin of Miami Lakes, Fla., and Virginia Monaghan of Washington, Pa; and tem grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass was held at St Gregory the Great Church in Bluffton, S.C. Sauls Funeral Home in Bluffton made arrangements.
