Moser-Hyjurick
Uniontown Church of the Brethren was the setting for the marriage of Nicole Diane Hyjurick of Uniontown and Andrew William Moser of Hooversville. The Rev. Michael Swick heard the exchange of vows on Aug. 24.
A reception was held at the Crystal Mirage at Duck Hollow Golf Course.
Parents of the bride are Edward and Cecile Hyjurick of Emerson Street, Uniontown. Parents of the bridegroom are Harvey and Nancy Moser of Overlook Road, Meyersdale.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a matte Italian satin princess-style gown with spaghetti straps and chapel train, embellished with beads on the skirt and covered with a matching stole. A headpiece of pearls and crystals held a back veil of illusion.
Julia Hyjurick, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tana Havens Mitchell, Kelly DeRosa, Kelli Corl and Cynthia Cato.
Best man was Seth Cooper. Michael Hyjurick, brother of the bride; Charles Miller, Todd Shaffer, and Dan Shaffer, were groomsmen. Ring bearer was Matt Moser, nephew of the bridegroom.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Uniontown Area High School and a 2002 graduate of Juniata College with a bachelor of science degree in business administration.
She is employed with Crothall Health Care Inc. as a supervisor at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon.
The bridegroom is a 1993 graduate of Salisbury Elk Lick High School and a 1998 graduate of Juniata College. He is employed with Firetree Limited at Conewago Place as senior program monitor in Hummelstown, drug and alcohol abuse counselor.
The couple honeymooned at The Wisp in Deep Creek Lake, Md., and reside at 425 Nye Road, Hummelstown.
