Jane Savage Springer, age 80, of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2002, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born November 25, 1922, in Mount Sterling, Pa., daughter of Roy and Nellie Peg Savage.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Robert E. Springer Jr., her son, Robert Reid Springer, a granddaughter, Lisa Ann Lutz, two sisters and four brothers, Eleanor Haniford, Sally Stopka, Charles, Robert, James and John Savage.

Surviving are three children: Roberta Cindrick and husband, Lawrence, of Amherst, Virginia, James Springer and wife, Tere, of Vista, California, and Marsha Lutz and husband, Ronald, of Farmington, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and her son Reid’s fiancee, Linda Hess, of Farmington, Pa.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, December 14, until 10 a.m., the hour of the Service with Rev. Madison Stringfellow officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
