Carr-McDowell
Angela DeAnna Carr is engaged to wed Sean Burke McDowell, both of Rices Landing. The bride-elect is the daughter of Orlando Carr of Brownsville and Bernadette Carr of Allison. She is a 1996 graduate of Brownsville Area High School, Penn State Fayette and National Career School. She is a phlebotomist with Medical and Endocrinology Associates in Monongahela and an emergency medical technician with Southwest E.M.S. Inc., Waynesburg.
Her fianc’ is the son of Steven and Josie McDowell of McCallister, Okla. He is a 1995 graduate of Savanna High School and a 1997 graduate of Eastern Oklahoma State University. He is a computer-aided drafting engineer with Crown Castle International in Canonsburg.
A Jan. 25 wedding date has been set.
