December 15, 2002 Uniontown
Vehicle accident
Debra Lee Grady, 46, of 19 Hickle St., Uniontown, was involved in an accident in which the pick-up truck she was driving rolled on to its right side in the front yard of 11 Mifflin Ave. at 7:02 p.m. Thursday, city police said.
The truck owner Alan Luccioni, 467, of 27 University Drive, Lemont Furnace, was a passenger. Both were extricated from the truck by the city fire department. Luccioni complained of back pain and was taken to Uniontown Hospital by Uniontown Fireman’s Ambulance.

Dealer burglarized
Numerous checks and cash were reported stolen in a burglary at Davies Ford on Route 119 between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. State police in Uniontown said an interior door was damaged during the incident.
Dunbar
Stolen truck recovered
A pick-up truck owned by David Lyle Vallard of 45 Shear St., Dunbar, was stolen from his residence Dec. 8 and recovered 7 a.m. Thursday at the Dunbar Township maintenance shed. State police said township workers discovered the vehicle. When the truck was stolen, the thief damaged a door lock on another one of Vallard’s vehicles and the trunk latch on a third vehicle. Several items were also stolen from those vehicles, police said.

Theft reported
Some on removed a door lock on a truck owned by Edward Lawrence Farrier, 63, of Dunbar and stole a Craftsman drill and battery kit and a pair of gloves between Dec. 7 and 9, state police said. The incident occurred at 26 York St.

Donald Dils told city police that two light-up reindeer were stolen from the yard of his 435 Braddock Ave. home sometime Wednesday night.

Christmas lights stolen
State police said Christmas lights were stolen from the driveway of James F. Bolen of 17 Albert St. between 12:01 and 10 a.m. Thursday.
Fairchance
Citation filed
A retail theft citation was filed against a juvenile male from Fairchance for allegedly stealing a pack of gum from the Shop-N-Save on West Church Street at 3:17 p.m. Thursday, state police said.

Vehicles collide
Bonnie Myers, 54, no address given, and William Mills, 48, no address given, were involved in an accident on Dec. 9 at the intersection of Route 119 and Arch Bridge Road, state police said. Both were wearing seat belts and were not injured.

Santa stolen
An inflatable Santa was stolen from Laura Ann Myers residence at 633 Morgantown St. on Wednesday or Thursday, state police said.
Connellsville
Man charged
Police have filed charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct against John Fani, 43, of 812 N. 9th St. stemming from a Nov. 16 incident at a local restaurant.
Fani was allegedly removed from the restaurant after yelling obscenities and making threats to patrons of the business. After his removal, police said Fani allegedly caused $730 in damage to a vehicle owned by an unidentified Champion woman.
