Theft
State police said someone broke a window of a vehicle owned by Penny Wright, 41, of Washington while the vehicle was parked at the Super Kmart Center Saturday between 10 and 10:15 p.m. After the window was broken, several items that had been purchased earlier that evening at Wal-Mart were taken from the car, police said.

Juvenile charged
State police said a 15-year-old male was charged with disorderly conduct after he refused to leave the scene of a disturbance at the Pocket Change arcade in Uniontown Mall Friday at 8:53 p.m. Police said the teen had to be physically removed from the arcade by a constable, and charges against the teen were filed at the office of District Justice Rick Vernon.

Retail theft
State police said someone pumped $17.53 worth of gasoline at the Honey Bear service station along Memorial Boulevard in Connellsville Saturday at 4:12 p.m. and fled the scene without paying.

Harassment
State police said Ronald Ray Opel Jr. was cited for harassment after he reportedly threatened Sharon Mershon, 40, of Uniontown outside her Denny Road home.

Criminal mischief
Shawn Milligan, 20, of Hibbs accused a 45-year-old Ralph man of punching in a door and the hood of his vehicle Friday at 11:15 p.m. on Fourth Street in Ralph, state police reported.

Theft
Justin Domico, 22, of Uniontown told state police someone took a handgun from his Edison Street home sometime before Saturday.
Brownsville
Woman cited
State police said Beatrice Mosley of Brownsville was cited for disorderly conduct after she reportedly threatened Samuel Grant Ruble Jr. of Smithfield and waved a butcher knife during an incident Tuesday at 9 a.m. at an office at Hunters Ridge.

Shots fired
State police said someone fired a weapon in the direction of the home of Terry Lee Trout of Mount Pleasant on Dec. 8.
North Union Twp.
Man waives hearing
A North Union Township man waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday on numerous charges alleging that he raped and sexually assaulted a teen-age girl at several locations in Georges Township between November 2000 and October 2002. The girl is now 15.
David William Cornish, 25, of 79 Lemon Wood Acres waived his hearing and was remanded to the Fayette County Prison on bond. His case will now be forwarded to Fayette County Court.
State police in Uniontown charged Cornish with rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors. He was charged with a total of 69 counts of those offenses.

Police issue report
The Luzerne Township Police Department released the following activity report for November. Police reported one incident each of abandoned vehicle, alarm activation, arson, assist fire department, burglary, car fire, check on welfare of child, child custody dispute, disturbance, dog bite, harassment, lost dog, mental health incident, PFA violation arrest, poaching, possession of marijuana, public drunkenness, recovered wallet, stolen registration place, suspicious person, traffic complaint, trespass by vehicle, unsecured building, vehicle blocking roadway; two each of assist EMS, possession of drug paraphernalia arrests, shots fired, thefts, non-reportable traffic accidents, traffic complaints, vehicles towed; three hit-and-runs; seven assist Redstone police; and 12 miscellaneous calls of complaints. Police patrolled 1,540 miles.
