Interment will be private at the family’s request. The family requests in lieu of flowers that contributions may be made to the family in care of the Andrew D. Ferguson Funeral Home Inc. COOK, CHARLES R. – Friends will be received in the Jerome W. Shell Funeral Home, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with the Rev. Elliott C. Leighty officiating.
Interment will be in Percy Cemetery.
