Ann L. Spak Blasko, 83, of Carmichaels, Pa., died Tuesday, December 24, 2002, in Laurel Ridge Center, Uniontown, Pa. She was born February 6, 1919, in Woodside, Fayette County, Pa., daughter of John Spak and Mary Pollock Spak.

Ann worked as a Salesperson for G. C. Murphy Company in Waynesburg, Pa., for 15 years.

She was a member of St. Hugh Roman Catholic Church and The Rosary Society of the Church.

She enjoyed flower gardening.

On November 21, 1945, she married John P. Blasko. He died December 26, 1991. Also deceased are three sisters, Helen Dingman, Mary Shine, Sue Jellick, brothers, Joseph Spak and Carl Spak, and her parents.

She is survived by two children: Bernadette and her husband, Robert M. Baldari, of Freehold, New Jersey, and Bernard Blasko and his wife, Deborah, of Carmichaels, Pa.; four grandsons: Todd Blasko, Paul Blasko, Brian Baldari, and Mark Baldari; and a sister, Margaret Blasinsky and her husband, Martin, of Masontown, Pa.

Friends will be received in the PAUL MICHAEL LESAKO FUNERAL HOME INC., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, December 27, until 10:30 a.m. when prayers will be said.

A Mass of Christian Burial follows at 11 a.m. in St. Hugh Catholic Church, Carmichaels, with Rev. Fr. John A. Bauer as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Leckrone, Pa.

Parish Wake Service today at 7 p.m.

The Rosary Society will recite the Rosary after the Wake Service.
