Harold K. Null

Harold K. Null, age 88 years, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Monday, December 23, 2002 in the family residence. He was born January 25, 1914 in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Floyd V. Null and Ethel Tedrow Null.

Harold was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Uniontown, 50-year member of Belleville Lodge No. 376 F. & A.M., Uniontown Lodge of Perfection, Pittsburgh Consistory, Syria Shrine, and the Star Junction Fish and Game Club.

He worked for Dupont and was a contributor to the Manhattan Project.

Harold was in the auto business for 43 years having owned city Motor Sales and later owned and operated Null Ford in Uniontown.

He graduated from Redstone High School Class of 1933.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Roderick Null (1991), a daughter, Rhode M. Null (1999), a grandson, Tom Null (2002), a brother Paul, and his parents.

He is survived by two sons: Gary R. Null and his wife, Rebecca, of Scotts Bluff, Nebraska, and David H. Null and his wife, Regina, of Perryopolis, Pa.; five grandchildren: Emily Null, Brian Null, Andrea Null, Chad McCarty and Crystal Kraski; one sister, Hazel F. Fields of Uniontown; and two brothers: Robert V. Null of Olmstead, Florida, and Floyd “Jack” Null of Uniontown.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., where Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, December 28, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Rev. William D. Rodahaver officiating.

Interment will be in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
