According to state police, vehicles driven by William Kiel of Uniontown and Robert Craig and Mariam Wolfe, both of Lemont Furnace, collided on Connellsville St. at 8:20 a.m. Saturday.

Albert Daugherty of Uniontown told state police that a man known to him struck him in the face and fled the scene after becoming engaged in an argument Monday at 2 p.m.

State police said that James Taylor of Connellsville hit an embankment and rolled his car on Route 711.

According to state police, vehicles driven by Margaret Revak, 81, of Masontown and Lois Layhew, 56, of McClellandtown collided on Route 21 at 4:04 p.m. Monday.

Man harassed
Marvin Marcozzi, 78, of Uniontown told state police that a 48-year-old man struck him in the head with his hand Monday at 10:45 a.m.

Generator stolen
State police said someone stole a portable gas generator from Shawrose Construction Inc. of Coraopolis between 6 p.m. Monday and 6:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Albert Younkin of Connellsville told state police that someone smashed the driver side window of a vehicle and stole clothing from it while it was parked outside of 1301 Indian Creek Valley Road between 1 and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Mandy Russo of North Charleroi and William Murdock of Connellsville told state police that someone smashed the driver side windows and stole stereo systems from both of their vehicles while they were parked along Memorial Boulevard between 7 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.

State police said someone broke into three Pepsi machines at B&B market along Route 40 and stole a change holder at 4 a.m. Monday.

State police said nothing was stolen when someone broke into CVS pharmacy in Masontown and fled the scene at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Vehicle stolen
Donna Dennis of Markleysburg told state police that someone stole her 1988 Dodge Caravan from the Lemonwood Acres parking lot Sunday. State police said Uniontown City Police later found the vehicle occupied by four juveniles.

Richard Huey and Sheila Yealey, both of Normalville, told state police a man known to them broke their door after an argument Thursday at 2:30 a.m.

Robert Fronczek, 38, of Gans told state police that someone damaged the front window of his Gans Road residence at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.

State police said that 27-year-old Kirstie Wiltrout ran into a utility pole on Hardy Hill Road at 7:55 p.m. Tuesday.

State police said someone stole a welder from a Fabcon Construction site on 100 Distribution Circle between 5:45 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 a.m. Friday.

Vehicle accident
According to state police, a 1995 Ford Ranger driven by Ernest Reese, 70, was damaged when Reese ran over an engine and transmission that were laying on Route 857 at 3:08 a.m. Sunday.

Purse stolen
A Connellsville woman told state police that someone stole her purse after smashing the passenger side window of her vehicle while it was parked at Marti’s Bar between 2 and 2:16 a.m. Tuesday.
