A Sept. 14 ceremony united in marriage Jamie Renee King and Edward Kenneth Hoffman, both of Markeysburg. The Rev. David L. Herring officiated the ceremony in Union Chapel Church, Markleysburg.

The bride is the daughter of Rickie and Cindy King of Dinner Bell Five Forks Road, Farmington. The bridegroom is the son of Kenneth Hoffman of Berlin and Tara Hoffman of Markleysburg.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless two-piece white satin gown adorned with pearls and clear beads featuring a tulle hemline with sequins and cathedral-length train. A crown of pearls and beads held a two-tier elbow length veil of illusion.

Jennifer Bradshaw, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Clinton, Tabitha Little. Lindsey Osler, cousin of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. Emily Clinton, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.

Chris Bradshaw was best man. Groomsmen were John Clinton, Shawn King, brother of the bride. Junior usher was Jonathan Hoffman, son of the bridegroom. Jay Clinton, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception was held at the Markleysburg Fire Department Social Hall.

The bride graduated from Uniontown Area High School and Laurel Business Institute. She is employed with Redstone Rehabilitation Services.

The bridegroom is also a Uniontown Area High School graduate. He is employed with Uniontown Firemen’s Ambulance Corps.

They went on a wedding trip to Walt Disney World, Orlando, Fla. They are residing at 189 Main St., Markleysburg.
