Greene County man dies
A Greene County man died early Sunday morning after being thrown from his vehicle during an accident in Morgan Township, Greene County.
State police said Ralph Edward Adamson, 44, was not wearing a seatbelt when his vehicle struck an embankment along Center School Road and rolled over several times.
Police said Greene County Coroner Greg Rohanna pronounced Adamson dead at the scene of the accident at 2:45 a.m.
Police said another occupant of the car, Debbie Adamson, 45, was also thrown from the vehicle during the crash. She was flown to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment of multiple fractures and was listed in serious condition Sunday night.
Police said Debbie Adamson was also not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
Police, who are continuing to investigate the crash, said they are not sure who was driving at the time of the accident.
Arrangements for Ralph Edward Adamson are incomplete and under the direction of Behm Funeral Homes, Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson.

According to state police, a vehicle operated by John Maskarine Jr., 24, was involved in a crash with a vehicle operated by James Dravets, 23, of Smithfield at 6:20 p.m. on Dec. 2.

State police said that a vehicle operated by Robert Tressler of Dunbar crashed into a ditch at 1054 Dunbar Road at 1:30 a.m. Friday.

Johnny Farrier of Clarksville told state police that a man known to him dented the side of his vehicle when he kicked it at 2:45 a.m. Sunday.

Money stolen
Janet Bergamine, 44, of Waynesburg told state police that someone removed $530 from her vehicle while it was parked in the Greene Plaza parking lot between 2:15 and 2:25 p.m. Monday.

Physical harassment
State police said that a 27-year-old male and a 19-year-old female, both of Crucible, were cited with harassment Friday at 1:10 p.m.

Property found
State police said that a white safe approximately two feet wide was found in the parking lot of Hopwood Fitness Center along Route 40 at 10:15 a.m. Sunday.
Anyone wishing to claim the safe is asked to contact state police at Uniontown.

Stuart Pniewski, 42, told state police that someone struck Real McCoy’s Restaurant along Route 711 with green paintballs between 11 p.m. Friday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Consolidated Coal Co. told state police that someone stole four SCR motors from Dilworth Mine on River Road at 1:28 p.m. Friday.

Belinda McLaughlan, 48, of Carmichaels told state police that someone broke her car window while it was parked at Brodak Mobile Home Park at 1:11 p.m. Saturday.

State police said that someone stole tires from Jordan Auto Parts in Dilliner at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 23.

Man assaulted
Mark Sanders, 18, of Mount Morris told state police that three known Mount Morris residents assaulted him Thursday at 10:30 p.m.

Jodie Logue, 35, of Greensboro told state police that someone stole packages from her vehicle while it was parked outside 147 Hillman St. at 4:50 p.m. Thursday.

Windows damaged
State police said that someone damaged the driver’s side window of a 1995 Jeep Wrangler owned by Jason Rogers, 27, of Waynesburg while it was parked at Ruff Creek Store between 10 p.m. Dec. 21 and 1 a.m. Dec. 22.

Bag stolen
Linda Wigington, 48, of Waynesburg told state police that someone stole a canvas bag containing money and credit cards from her vehicle while it was parked in the Baptist Church parking lot at 179 Pine St. at 6 p.m. Dec. 22.

State police said that a car operated by Jack Donaldson, 69, of Carmichaels collided with a truck owned by Harry Moore while Moore’s truck was parked along Route 21 at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday.

State police said that Edward Lenhoff, 46, of Mather was charged for allegedly harassing and threatening Stephen Nehls, 23, of Mather at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday.

State police said that a juvenile who is court-committed failed to return Saturday at 8 a.m.

Robbery
State police said that two white males wearing black clothing, gloves and ski masks stole $135 from BFS Foods on Bald Hill Road, and also stole $7 from Ward Staats, 38, of Hamlin before leaving the scene Saturday at 1:06 a.m.

One-vehicle accident
State police said that Matthew Ruth, 24, of Fairview and a 2-year-old child received minor injuries when the vehicle he was operating crashed into a tree along a state route at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday.
