Lenus L. Lint, age 87, of Vanderbilt, Pa., died Saturday, June 29, 2002, in Lint Personal Care Home, Connellsville, Pa. He was born in Vanderbilt, Pa., October 17, 1914, son of Ernest Lint and Eliza Hutzell Lint.

Lenus was a graduate of Dunbar Township High School Class of 1932.

He was a self-employed as an Electrical Contractor who worked in the family business from 1932 until his retirement in 1980.

He was an avid gardener and sportsman and a Charter Member of the D L & V Volunteer Fire Company and also Wagon Wheel Lodge of Potter County.

An infant granddaughter, Robin Sue Lint, brothers, John and Eugene Lint, sisters, Lapheulia Rock, Flora Mae Ervin, Alice Lint, and parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Edith P. Rough Lint; three sons: Leonard Lint at home, Richard G. Lint and his wife, Rita, of Connellsville, Pa., and Eugene Lint and his wife, Patty, of Dawson, Pa.; three grandchildren: Rhonda Jo Lint DiAlesandro and husband Mark, Richard G. Lint and wife Leanne, and Ernest Lint; three great grandchildren: Madison DiAlesandro, Nico DiAlesandro, and Meredith Page Lint; one brother, William Lint and his wife, Mable, of Vanderbilt, Pa.; and two sisters: Annabelle Clem and husband, Paul, of Connellsville, Pa., and Dorothy Drumm and husband, Paul, of Erie, Pa.

Friends will be received in the RALPH E. GALLEY FUNERAL HOME, Dawson, Pa., tonight from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, July 3, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service in the Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Applebee and Rev. Keith McIlvain officiating.

Interment in Dickerson Run Cemetery.

D L & V Volunteer Fire Company will conduct a Service in the Funeral Home tonight at 7 p.m.
