LOWE, RUSSELL O. – The family will receive friends in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. Ken Walls officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa., where military rites will be accorded by Alfred L. Wilson Memorial V.F.W. Post 7219 and AMVETS Post 103.
