Lillian Wilson Haught, age 97, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Thursday, July 4, 2002, in Uniontown Hospital. She was born April 16, 1905, in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of Frederick P. Wilson and Matilda C. Wagner Wilson.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Uniontown, for 90 years, and a member of Telephone Pioneers of Pennsylvania.

Her husband, Herbert B. Haught, a stepson, Jack Haught II, sisters, Margaret Wilson and Viola Teichert and her husband, John Teichert, two brothers, Fire Chief Clarence “Crackers” Wilson and his wife, Editha Wilson, and Leslie Wilson and his wife, Helen Wilson, and parents preceded her in death.

Surviving are nieces and nephews: Mrs. Joan Wilson Palumbo and husband, Chip Palumbo, of Uniontown, Pa., Edward Teichert and wife, Cholly, of Uniontown, and Richard Wilson and wife, Dawn, of Charlotte, North Carolina; great nephews and great nieces: Joby Palumbo and his wife, Heidi, of Uniontown, Christopher Palumbo of Tampa, Florida, Lee Ekovich and her husband, Steven, of Tampa, Florida, Lori Hiatt and her husband, Mark, and Brad Wilson all of Morresville, North Carolina.

Friends will be received in the JAMES D. BARNETT FUNERAL HOME, 196 West Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m.

Private Funeral Services and interment will be held Tuesday, July 9.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 70 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401 or the American Cancer Society.
