ARD program
The following people have been admitted to Fayette County’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. Participation does not indicate an admission of guilt, and after the period given by the court is served, those admitted can petition to have their record expunged. ARD is generally for first time, non-violent offenders. Sentences involving driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) require a period of license forfeiture and all ARDs generally require a term of 50 hours of community service.
Bobbi Jo Newill, 31, of Mount Pleasant was admitted to ARD for six months for use and possession of drugs.
Jason Richard Elwell, 19, of Vanderbilt was admitted to ARD for 12 months for possession of marijuana.
Christopher Marcinko, 22, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Betty L. Taylor, no age listed, of Merrittstown was admitted to ARD for 24 months for writing bad checks and must make restitution of $1,600 to Clyde Tewell of Tewell Motors.
Ethel Virginia Stewart, 48, of Cardale was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Joel Andrew Nick, 25, of California, Pa. was admitted to ARD for 24 months for DUI.
Lisa Kay Sabula, 37, of Smock was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
David Allen Thomas, 27, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Betty Eileen Kimmel, 41, of Lemont Furnace was admitted to ARD for six months for theft by unlawful taking.
Patrick Jay Kuma,, 52, of Belle Vernon was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.
Eric Alan Welling, 21, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Shannon Valenti, 26, of Natrona Heights was admitted to ARD for six months for simple assault.
George Piper, 35, of Scottdale was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Calvin Phillips III, 22, of New Geneva was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Randy Wofford, 22, of Kittaning was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Terry R. Brown, 44, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
David Richie Shepler, 54, of Perryopolis was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Thomas Wheeler, 41, of Brownsville was admitted to ARD for six months for stalking.
Jonathan Edward James, 25, of Dunbar was admitted to ARD for six months for theft by unlawful taking.
Kris Robert Burkholder, 25, of White was admitted to ARD for six months for making false reports to law enforcement authorities.
Melissa A. Stillwagon, 29, of Lemont Furnace was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
David J. Mosco, Jr., 27, of Belle Vernon was admitted to ARD for six months for simple assault.

Samuel Eugene Liston, Jr., 22, of Dunbar was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.
Tawnia Elaine Johnson, 33, of Melcroft was admitted to ARD for six months for endangering the welfare of children.
