Helen Elizabeth “Honey” Rosky
Helen Elizabeth “Honey” Rosky, 76, of Edenborn, Pa., died on Monday, July 8, 2002, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. She was born on September 1, 1925, in Uniontown, Pa., a daughter of the late Walter and Frances (Bozek) Klimasara.
Mrs. Rosky was a member of St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church, Footedale, Pa., a graduate of South Union High School, a member of Fort Mason American Legion Post 423, Fayette Salon 105 8 & 40, and the Edenborn VFD Auxiliary.
Surviving are her beloved husband, Felix T. Rosky, with whom she celebrated 52 years of marriage on July 4, 2002; two children: Anthony Rosky and wife, Aileen, of Masontown, Pa.; and Arlene Rozak and husband, Edward, of New Salem, Pa.; four grandchildren: Michele Rosky and Nicole Rosky of Masontown, Pa.; and E.J. Rozak and Becky Rozak of New Salem, Pa.; a brother, Walter Klimasara Jr. of Bedford, Ohio; a sister, Cecelia Pavlik of Uniontown, Pa.; and many dear nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES, INC., A DIGNITY MEMORIAL PROVIDER, 515 N. Main St., Masontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday until 10:15 a.m., when prayers of transfer will be said. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. in St. Procopius R.C. Church, New Salem, Pa., with the Rev. Fr. James L. Popochock as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery, Smock, Pa. A Parish Wake Service will be held today at 2:30 p.m., followed at 3 p.m. by a service conducted by the Edenborn VFD Auxiliary.
