Annmarie Surak of Walnut Creek, California, and formerly of the Fairchance, Pa., area, who was born in Winona, Minnesota, died July 15, 2000, at the age of 57. Survivors include her mother, Violet Reynolds, Walnut Creek, California; daughters: Theresa Surak, Walnut Creek, California, and Susan Surak Castillo, Albuquerque, New Mexico; a son, Stephen Surak, San Francisco, California; two granddaughters of Albuquerque, New Mexico; brothers: Gene Roberts, Ventura, California, and Ken Roberts, Concord, California; and a sister, Donna Billauer, Los Angeles, California.

Friends are invited to join the Family on Thursday, July 18, 2002, at 9:30 a.m. at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church, 50 North Morgantown Street, Fairchance, Pa.
