Annmarie Surak, 57 years, of Walnut Creek, California, and formerly of the Fairchance, Pa., area, died July 15, 2000. She was born March 26, 1943, in Winona, Minnesota.

Survivors include her mother, Violet Reynolds, Walnut Creek, California; daughters: Theresa Surak, Walnut Creek, California, and Susan Castillo, Albuquerque, New Mexico; son, Stephen Surak, San Francisco, California; two granddaughters of Albuquerque, New Mexico; brothers: Gene Roberts, Ventura, California, and Ken Roberts, Concord, California; and a sister, Donna Billauer, Los Angeles, California.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Thursday, July 18, 2002, at 9:30 a.m. in Ss. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church, 50 North Morgantown Street, Fairchance, Pa., with Rev. Fr. David Nazimek as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
