Woman harassed
Amy Davis of 19 Farragut St. reported to Uniontown police that her boyfriend was threatening her at her residence Saturday at 5:27 a.m. and broke her glass table. Police advised her to seek a protection-from-abuse order and to get an estimate for the table.

Kenneth Baker, 38, of 121B Blindale St. was cited for public drunkenness Saturday at 8:09 a.m. after allegedly being found intoxicated and yelling at Eleanor M. Baker of 18 Lincoln St, said Uniontown police.

A car accident involving Donna Norton of Ontario, Canada, and Matthew Long of St. Clairsville, Ohio, July 12 on Interstate 79 resulted in no serious injuries, said state police at Waynesburg.

Items stolen
Items totaling $485, including old truck parts and an air conditioning unit, were reported stolen from the residence of Marvin Douglas Knight, 56, of 147 Cumberland St. between Sept. 30 and July 10, said state police.

Woman charged
Tracy Lynn Kennedy, 34, of 247 Center St. was charged with simple assault and harassment before District Justice Neil Canan after an incident with a juvenile at her residence Thursday at 3 p.m., said state police. The juvenile allegedly received a bite mark on his neck, scratches and minor injuries to his legs, said police. Kennedy was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

Man injured
Neil Bastian, 20, of Clarksville suffered severe cuts on his forehead in a one-vehicle accident on Marianna Road at 6:40 p.m. Friday and was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., state police said. Bastian was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Adam Loar, 20, of Clarksville, who was not injured, according to police.

Mailbox destroyed
A mailbox belonging to Joseph Urbanal, 83, of Jefferson was destroyed July 14 at 8:50 p.m. at 199 Center School Road, said state police.

A vehicle belonging to Mary Phillips of Waynesburg was damaged with a paint ball on 11th Street, Waynesburg, Monday between 12:01 and 10 a.m., said state police.

Theft reported
Susan Louise Wiley, 34, of 45 Grandview Drive reported $50 stolen July 13 between 1 and 3 p.m., said police. The victim allegedly knows the suspect, said police.

Missing person
State police said a 15-year-old boy was reported missing after he left his Wharton Furnace Road at 6 p.m. Friday and hadn’t returned by Saturday.

Accidental fire
State police said no injuries and only minor damage was reported when improperly discarded smoking materials started a fire at Caring Hands Mature Living in Acme at 11:30 p.m. July 14.

Two-vehicle accident
State police said minor injuries were reported when vehicles operated by William Maraugha, 69, of Connellsville and Kendra Cunningham, 30, of Connellsville collided at the intersection of Bute Road and Vances Mill Road at 6:39 p.m. Saturday.
A passenger in Cunningham’s vehicle, Matthew Cunningham, 10, suffered minor injuries, said police.

No injuries were reported to state police when vehicles operated by Markus Kynast of Schandelah, Germany, and Troy M. Gourley of Marriotsville, Md., collided on the onramp to Route 119 from Route 51 at 9:28 a.m. Sunday.

State police said Terry Loughner of Greensburg suffered moderate injuries when he failed to negotiate around a stopped garbage truck in the Prittstown area, striking it at 5:15 a.m. Friday.

Kathy Hiles of Brownsville alleged to police that a known person, unidentified by police, subjected her to physical contact at 2 a.m. Saturday.

Accident
No injuries were reported to state police when John Daniel Truskey, 20, of Hopwood failed to negotiate a curve, causing his vehicle to roll over at 2:40 a.m. Saturday.

Death investigation
State police reported that they are investigating the death of a 10-year-old girl at 622 Bute Road on Sunday. Police are being assisted in the investigation by the Fayette County coroner’s office. Fayette County 911 officials confirmed that the call was reported shortly before 10a.m.

Charges pending
State police said charges of public drunkenness are pending against a 26-year-old Normalville man who was found passed out in the front yard of a home on Dexter Road in Kingview just after midnight Sunday.

Minor injuries
State police said minor injuries were reported when vehicles operated by Felicia White of California and Joseph Feick of Brownsville collided on Dally Road at 7:35 a.m. Saturday. Both drivers suffered minor injuries, police said.
