UNIONTOWN CLASS OF 2003 POST PROM COMMITTEE will meet at 6:30 p.m. today at the Uniontown High School stadium. If rain, the meeting will be under the bus patio. MOUNTAIN FELLOWSHIP CENTER, Route 40, Markleysburg, one-half mile east of the Lone Star Restaurant, will hold a flea market Saturday. Starting time is 8a.m. Lunch counter will be open.
GREAT BETHEL BAPTIST CHURCH, 47 W. Fayette St., Uniontown, youth and children will sponsor a car wash from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST BYZANTINE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 185 E. Main St., Uniontown, will hold its summer festival Sunday from noon to 11 p.m. on the church grounds and in the social hall. Ethnic foods, baked goods, children activities, games, crafts, and prizes will be featured. A disc jockey will provide music from noon to 5 p.m. and a live polka band, the Dynasonics, will play from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is free.
LOW HILL RESIDENTS will hold a community-wide yard sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. For more information, call Tom McAnulty at 724-785-8880.
