Clarinda M. Bennett
Clarinda McCain Bennett, 52, of 2632 2nd Street, Allison, Pa., and formerly of Queens, New York City, New York, died Thursday, May 30, 2002, in Life Care Medical Center, Wilkinsburg, Pa. She is survived by 14 brothers and sisters: Bassie McCain Jr. and his wife, Ruth, of Laurelton, New York, Willie McCain and his wife, Connie, of Hopkins, South Carolina, Charles McCain and his wife, Emile, of Jacksonville, Florida, Lincoln McCain and his wife, Minister Sandra McCain, of Allison, Pa., Nathan McCain and his wife, Yvonne, of St. Albans, New York, Marvin McCain and Cheryl of Brooklyn, New York, Matthew McCain of New York City, New York, Alfred McCain and Kris of Fairchance, Pa., Julie Hipp, Bertha Patton and husband, Theopolis, and Thelma Tillman all of Brooklyn, New York, Ophelia Martin of Allison, Pa., Henrietta Henry of Chandler, Arizona, and Roberta Elder of St. Albans, New York; a spiritual daughter, Iler Brown, and spiritual granddaughters, Jamalica Taylor and Jaykel Brown, all of Uniontown, Pa.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends will be received at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, Baltimore Street, Brownsville, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, June 5, until 11 a.m.
