Richard James Sr. and Debora Jean Holchin of Bitner Road, Dunbar, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Jo, of Elm Grove Road, Dunbar, to Bert Headley of Clarksville, son of Theresa Headley of Clarksville and the late Albert Duvall Headley. The wedding will take place July 20 at Whyel Chapel, Jumonville.

The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Uniontown Area Senior High School and a 1998 graduate of the Fayette County Area Vocational Technical School Licensed Practical Nurse program. She is attending Allegheny County Community College in the nursing program and is employed at Jefferson Hospital.

Her fiance is a 1992 graduate of Bethlehem-Center High School and is an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at Fort Cherry Ambulance in McDonald.
