Chase Christian Dulla, our precious infant son, eight days old, of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Friday, May 31, 2002. He was born May 23, 2002, son of Ricky and Tammy Lee Dulla.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Ronald and Carole Dulla of Hopwood, Pa.; maternal grandparents: Richard and Sharon Rafter of Dale City, Virginia, and Earl Bowlen; and maternal great grandmothers: George and Violet Berdar of Uniontown, Pa., and Helen Rafter of Brownsville, Pa.

Also surviving are these uncles and aunts: Lt. Commander Brian and Carol Dulla, Tina and Tim Kashmer, Vicki and Mathew Collinsworth, Rosemary and David Heath; numerous great uncles and great aunts; and seven cousins.

He was predeceased by his paternal great grandparents, Paul and Catherine Dulla and Dan and Rose Capozzoli, Howard and Mary Miller and Gerald Shaw.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., today, June 3, from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Mass of The Angels follows at 12 Noon in St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, Mill Street, Uniontown, with Rev. Fr. Kenneth G. Zaccagnini, V.F., as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Leckrone, Pa.
