Man injured

State police said that Daniel Ray Kennison, 26, of Smithfield suffered serious injuries after the vehicle he was driving left East Elm Street and struck a tree at 1:29 a.m. Saturday. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

Vehicle stolen

Brent House, 32, of Ohiopyle told state police that his 1990 Blazer was taken between 7 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Friday while it was parked in front of his Chalk Hill-Ohiopyle Road home.

Bullskin Twp.

Burglary

Curtis Piper of Mount Pleasant told state police that a white man with blond hair driving a maroon car entered his home on Kreinbrook Hill Road at 9:45 a.m. May 23. Listed as stolen were a Remington shotgun, an SKB shotgun, a 270-caliber rifle and a Sony television.

Accident with injuries

State police said injuries were reported when Robin Heathcock, 36, of Everson traveled off Edna Road, struck a stone wall and a number of mail and paper boxes before striking a metal fence and overturning causing passenger Thomas Campbell, 28, no address listed to eject at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Campbell was taken by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital. Heathcock and another passenger Angie Wright, 26, of Youngwood were also injured and transported by ground to Allegheny General Hospital. A vehicle driving south on Edna Road by Alan Yorio, 51, of Jeannette was struck by debris from the accident.

Man cited

Emory Hayward Walters II, 52, of Lowber was cited by state police for making unreasonable noise on Lowber Road at 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

Fairchance

Harassment

Jillyn M. Lewellen of Uniontown alleged to state police that a Fairchance man grabbed and pushed her in a residence along Union Street on Sunday.

Burglary

Izetta Alene Adams of Smock told state police that between March 29 and 31 her Constantine Road home was entered and three heart-shaped gold rings, a pair of diamond earrings, a gold heart bracelet and $370 cash were taken. Police noted that the loss wasn’t noticed until Wednesday.

Vehicle dented

Chastity Roberts, 27, of Searights told state police that between 4 and 4:30 p.m. May 27 her vehicle was dented with a blunt object.

North Union Twp.

Structure fire

Fayette County 911 officials said that a fire was reported Sunday night in a vacant building on Connellsville Street near the Dairy Queen. Firefighters from Hopwood, North Union and West Leisenring were still on scene as of presstime along with Uniontown Firemen’s EMS and the state police fire marshal.

Dunbar Twp.

Structure fire

Fayette County 911 said a commercial structure fire on Commercial Drive was called in at 1:31 p.m. Saturday. Firefighters from Dunbar, Morrell, Monarch, North Union and South Connellsville were supported at the scene by Fayette EMS.
