Graduations to air Audit results announced

The agency raised $235,318 in 2001, compared to $231,763 in 2000, $219,158 in 1999, $214,655 in 1998, $224,417 in 1997, $211,404 in 1996 and $236,123 in 1995.

Allocations to agencies totaled $146,510, and the allocation of contributions to agencies totaled $628. Campaign and administrative expenses totaled $88,470.

Allocations were as follows: American Red Cross, $13,593; Arthritis Foundation, $3,093; Boy Scouts, $8,473; Catholic Charities, $3,893; Communities in Schools, $9,993; Crime Victim’s Center, $9,093; East End Community Center, $19,093; Family Abuse Council, $4,593; Fayette County Community Action Agency, $6,785; Girl Scouts, $5,693; Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, $9,793; Jubilee Soup Kitchen, $6,093; Multiple Sclerosis Service Society, $10,193; Myasthenia Gravis Association, $1,893; Salvation Army, $21,423; and YMCA, $12,813.

Campaign and administrative expenses in 2001 were as follows: salaries, $52,022; payroll taxes, $4,052; employee insurance, $1,922; rent, $6,000; telephone $1,783; office supplies and equipment, $9,781; insurance, $1,981; accounting, $1,100; campaign supplies and expenses, $7,130; and dues and fees, $2,699. Consulting fees totaled $26,430.

Campaign and administrative expenses in 2000 were $81,807.
