Allison Edwin Richter, 26, of Uniontown, Pa., formerly of Newell, Pa., died Saturday, June 8, 2002, in the Emergency Room of Brownsville General Hospital. He was born May 9, 1976, in Mount Pleasant, Westmoreland County, Pa., the son of the late Robin L. Richter Preston.

He was a graduate of Frazier High School Class of 1996.

Besides his mother he was also preceded in death by a brother, Louis S. Preston, and an aunt, Sandra Gale Hiles.

Surviving are his grandmother, Ruth Ann Richter, of Uniontown with whom he made his home; a brother, Jeremy Staley of Newell, Pa.; a sister, Jessica Preston of Uniontown; uncles: Albert Richter Sr. of California, Pa., Danny Richter and Robert Richter both of Coal Center, Pa.; a nephew, Zachary Stewart; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Main Street, Fayette City, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, June 12, until 1 p.m., the hour of Service in the Funeral Home with the Rev. James Pond officiating.

Interment will follow in Mount Auburn Cemetery, Fayette City, Pa.
