Charles Adam Krupa Jr., 40, of Morgantown, West Virginia, a Driver for Howard’s Flower Shop in Carmichaels, Pa., who was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., died Thursday, June 13, 2002, at his home. He is survived by his former wife, Pamela Adams Krupa, and his daughters, Sue Ellen Krupa, Tina Krupa, and Jamie Krupa, all of McClellandtown, Pa.; brother and sisters: Gene Krupa and Lori Ann Krupa both of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Viola Courie of Carmichaels, Pa.

The Family will receive Friends in the Paul Michael Lesako Funeral Home Inc., Paul Michael Lesako, Funeral Director, 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, Pa., on Monday, June 17, from 6 p.m. until the service at 7 p.m.
