Stets-Brezovsky
United in marriage were Leigh Ann Brezovsky and David John Stets, both of Waynesburg. The nuptial Mass was celebrated March 16 by the Rev. John Batykefer in St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Waynesburg.
The bride’s parents are Dale and Cathy Brezovsky of Colonial Drive, Waynesburg. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Karen Stets of Huffman Street, Waynesburg.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father.
Amy Leonardi, sister of the bride from Scott Depot, W.Va., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Julie Gompers and Jen Soergel, both of Pittsburgh; and Monica Doyle of Cleveland, Ohio. Flower girls were Emma and Alison O’Neil, twins, cousins of the bridegroom, from Helene, Mont.
Chris Stets of Waynesburg was best man for his brother. Ushers were Josh Hughes of Hamilton, Ohio; Dan Yellots and James Whoolery, both of Canonsburg; and Ron Moyer of Baltimore, Md. Brennan O’Neil of Carlisle, cousin of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Holiday Inn Meadowlands.
The bride graduated in 1999 from West Virginia University with a bachelor of science degree in speech pathology and audiology. In 2001, she earned a master’s degree in speech pathology from Edinboro University. She is a speech pathologist with the Avella School District.
The bridegroom attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a 2001 graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with a degree in computer aided drafting. He is a drafter with Maronda Homes in Imperial.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Jamaica. They are living on Moon Clinton Road, Coraopolis.
