Tammi Darlene “Sis” Rankin, 41, of Smithfield, Pa., died Saturday, June 15, 2002, in her residence. She was born February 25, 1961, in Uniontown, Pa.

Tammi was predeceased by her father, Rodney Rankin, maternal grandfather, Thomas Dillow, and paternal grandparents, Catherine and Clarence Rankin.

Surviving are her mother, Bonnie Dillow Rankin, and maternal grandmother, Ethel Dillow, both of Smithfield; brothers and sisters: Gary and Donna Rankin, Uniontown, Pa., Tom Rankin, Rodney Rankin and Louann all of Fairchance, Pa., Ronald “Scott” and Debbie Rankin, Marian Rankin, Debbie Rankin and David Grimes all of Smithfield; nieces and nephews: Jamie and James Lindsay, Tom Rankin Jr. and Shawna, Gary Rankin Jr., Josh, Amber, JoHannah, JoKayla, Jennah, Jeremy, Alisha and David “Jake” all of Smithfield; great nieces: Deanna and Alexis Lindsay; several aunts and uncles; and a close friend, Nancy St. Clair.

The Family will receive Friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, June 18, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Pastor David E. Wardman officiating.

Interment will follow in White Rock Cemetery, Georges Township.
