Eleanor H. Jordan
Eleanor H. Lewellyn Jordan, 94 years, of Point Marion, Pa., died Saturday, June 15, 2002, in Sundale Nursing Home, Morgantown, West Virginia. She was born November 9, 1907, in Morgantown, West Virginia, daughter of Ella Blanche Lewellyn.
She was a member of Point Marion United Methodist Church and had been a resident of Point Marion for 65 years.
Her husband, Augustine “Augie” Jordan, died November 1, 1977. Also deceased are one grandson, Anthony Paul Hartley, a son-in-law, Dr. Rex Hartley, a daughter-in-law, Joanne Brogneaux Jordan, and her mother.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Frances M. Hartley, Morgantown, West Virginia; her son, Fred L. Jordan, Point Marion; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the LOUIS E. RUDOLPH FUNERAL HOME, 15 Main Street, Point Marion, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, June 18, in the Funeral Home Chapel from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the hour of the Funeral Service with the Rev. Mildred Martin officiating.
Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Point Marion.
