Arrangements have been entrusted to the Andrew D. Ferguson Funeral Home Inc, 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, at 3 p.m. in the Addison Community Building. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Addison Volunteer Fire Department.
