In addition to his parents and sister, Baily is survived by a brother, Taylor C. Baily of Carmichaels; his maternal grandfather, Thomas F. Kowalczyk of Fredericktown; aunt, Mrs. Gary (Deborah) Criste of Sommersville, W.Va.; uncles Tom Kowalczyk of Holbart, Ind., and Craig Baily of Carmichaels; several great aunts and great uncles. Friends will be received at the Yoskovich Funeral Home, 300 S. Vine St., Route 88, Carmichaels, today from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 11 a.m.
