Ella T. Hrutkay Fava, 87, a lifelong resident of Bentleyville, Pa., who along with her husband, Louis G. Fava, owned and operated Fava Dairy in Bentleyville for over 60 years, died Friday, March 22, 2002, at 10:05 a.m. in Washington County Health Center, Washington, Pa. She is survived by two sons: Joseph M. Fava and his wife, Antoinette, of Scenery Hill, Pa., and Louis D. Fava and his wife, Norma, of Bentleyville, Pa.; sisters: Mary Hrutkay Machaj of Bethel Park, Pa., Mrs. Louis (Cecilia) Damich of Bentleyville, and Mrs. John (Susan) Mascara of Port St. Lucie, Florida; a brother, Theodore Hrutkay and his wife, Becky, of Bentleyville; grandchildren: Alisa Fava Fasnacht, Renee Fava Crockett and Racquelle F. Rockwell all of Scenery Hill, Pa., David Fava and Joel Fava both of Bentleyville; and two great grandchildren.

The Family will receive Friends in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, Pa., today from 2 to 9 p.m. and Monday, March 25, until 9:15 a.m.
