Charles W. Collins Sr. of Wilmington, Delaware, and formerly of Uniontown, Pa., a Lineman an Installer for the former Bell Telephone Company for 42 years, died Sunday, April 28, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Olive May Cox Collins; children: Charles W. Collins Jr., Raymond Edwin Collins, and Beverly Ruth Collins Waugh; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a brother, Ralph L. Collins.

Arrangements will be announced by the Jerome W. Shell Funeral Home, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa.
