Rose M. Ashetzie Ozonick DuPont, 74, of Thompson Two, Pa., passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2002, at her residence. She was born July 9, 1927, in Republic, Pa., a daughter of George Ashetzie and Rose Cezize Ashetzie.

Rose was a lifelong member of Church of The Madonna, Cardale, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Ozonick, in 1970, her second husband, Arthur DuPont, in 2001, a sister, Joan Liso, brothers, Joseph, Frank, and George Ashetzie Jr., and her parents.

Surviving are two daughters: Marie Ann Kaufman and her husband, Ronald, of New Salem, Pa., and Rose Tomotchko and her husband, Charles, of Tower Hill Two, Pa.; three grandchildren: Bill Tomotchko, Dorothy Muchisko and her husband Dave, and Ronyelynn Kaufman; two great grandsons: Cody Tomotchko and David Muchisko; sisters: Viola Edwards and her husband, Paul, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and Stella Uram and her husband, Mike, of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., on Thursday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Friday, May 3, until 10:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass follows at 11 a.m. in Church of The Madonna, Cardale, with Rev. Fr. Ronald J. Rutkowski as Celebrant.

Interment will be in Church of The Madonna Cemetery, Cardale.
