Her fiance is the son of Frank G. Sr. and Margie Startare of Main Street, Beallsville.
He is a 1995 graduate of Serra Catholic High School and a 2000 graduate of Kettering University in Flint, Mich., where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in automotive.
He is a mechanical engineer with RPM Industries.
