Mildred K. Lanigan Bellis of Finleyville, Pa., died Thursday, May 2, 2002, at age 86. She was born August 3, 1915, in Elkins, West Virginia, daughter of William M. Lanigan and Elizabeth Devare Lanigan.

She was the wife of the late Frank A. Bellis, Beloved Mother of Connie Kertell of Cantonsville, Maryland, Antoinette Swabey of East Millsboro, Pa., Michelle Bellis and Mark W. Bellis both of Finleyville, Pa., and the late Richard P. Bellis; and Sister of Mary Bell of Fairview, Wet Virginia, and the late Cleo Gicomelli, Dorothy Sirohman, and William Lanigan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, May 4, 2002.
