Josephine Theresa Duysen, 85, of Lexington, Ky., born in Whitney, Pa., died Sunday, May 5, 2002, in the Reflections Unit at the Lexington Centre for Health and Rehabilitation, Lexington, Ky.

She is survived by her daughter, Margot and son-in-law, Levis McCullers of Lexington; sisters, Rose and Margaret Grubish of Fairbank, Pa.; a sister-in-law, Karla Duysen of Schleswig, Germany; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held in Milward’s Funeral Home, Lexington, Ky., on Wednesday, May 8, 2002, and will be held on Friday, May 10, 2002, from noon to 2 p.m., at Anderson and Campbell in Whiting, N.J.
