Barbara Kay (Densmore) Sabula, age 65, of Uniontown, Pa., unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord Friday May 10th, 2002, at her residence. She was born January 3, 1937 in Uniontown, the daughter of Janet Densmore Reddy of Uniontown and the late Frank T. Densmore.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert M. Sabula who died January 30th, 1986 and a son, Robert S. “Steve” Sabula.

She was a cook with Sweet Williams Restaurant in Uniontown Mall and with Adrian’s Market in Hopwood for 15 years and retired from there in January.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by five daughters, Sharon “Sherry” Fields and her husband Jacob, Janelle R. Wallace and husband Jeffrey, Susan Shields and husband Terry, all of Uniontown, Barbara Weygandt of Morgantown, W.Va., and Lisa Sabula of Smock and one son, Frank Sabula and wife Donna, of Connellsville, 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren 2 sisters, Janet Snowdon and husband Maurice of Uniontown and Jackie Carlson and husband Danny of Brookville, Pa., and a brother Frank Densmore of Hagerstown, Md., and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 139 West Fayette Street, Uniontown, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, May 14, until 1 p.m. when services will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Galen Winebrenner of United Christian Temple officiating with Rev. George Cooper assisting. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
