Mark D. Fowler, 38, of Ohiopyle, Pa., and formerly of Beaverton, Oregon, who was born in Kalmath Falls, Oregon, died Monday, May 6, 2002. He is survived by his parents, Lyle D. Fowler and Sally Read Fowler of Kalmath Falls, Oregon; sisters: Stacy Szymrik of Coos Bay, Oregon, and Kimberly Wiwatowski of Orofino, Idaho; and special friend, Peggy Nicholson.
